Return and Refund Policy for Jewellery

Jewellery returns are only accepted in the case of product defect due to manufacture or in the case of an item other than what was ordered being sent.  Note All jewellery is hand made and fully inspected for quality control prior to shipping. As gemstones naturally contain inclusions, these are not to be considered flaws but are natural and unique characteristics of the stones.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of product. Please send an image of the product received and reason for requested return by email.

In the case of manufacture defect, (as stated above and on our approval of the return), a full refund will be issued by us within 7 business days of receipt of returned product, including cost of return shipping (via post) by e-transfer. Alternatively, a credit for the item will be issued upon request.
